Obituary of Karon Warren

Karon Audrey Warren died peacefully at the age of 67 (after courageously battling a glioblastoma for the past year) on September 23 at Brockville General Hospital surrounded by her loving husband Gord Warren of 20 years. Karon will be remembered for her love of people as a she spent her career serving others as an RPN and physiotherapy assistant at St. Mary’s of the Lake Hospital in Kingston. She was often the life of the party as well as the photographer and organizer of numerous celebrations for friends and family both in her personal and work life.       


 She is survived by her husband Gord, sons Ryan (Sarah Marie) and Cody (Callie), granddaughter Mya, and grandson Sawyer and Tanner, as well as brother George Rylands (Sharon) and sisters Carol Bromfield (Rob), Cathy Reid (Barry), and sister-in-law Ginny Rylands (John).  Predeceased by her mother Audrey Harper (Rylands), father Orville Rylands, step father Ernie Harper, brothers Roland, Douglas, and John Rylands and sisters Betty Faye Rylands and Isabel McInnes.  Her loving memory lives on in numerous nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.  Family will receive friends at the Barclay Funeral Home, 137 Pearl Street E., Brockville, Ontario on Thursday September 30th, 2021, from 2 – 4p.m. and 7 – 9p.m. The Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Friday October 1st, 2021 at 11 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society, Providence Care Hospital Kingston, Kenyan Kids or Brockville and District Hospital Foundation - Palliative Card would be greatly appreciated by the family. Obituary of Larry Mallory

Entered into rest at his home on Monday September 28th, 2020. Larry (Lawrence) Mallory of Lansdowne aged 60 years. Beloved husband of Lynn Mallory (nee Coates). Proud father of Joe, Christina (Jamie), and Elizabeth. Cherished grandfather of Sarah, Emma and Jacob. Dear brother of Scott (Clara), Perry (Jane) and Meg (JD). He will be missed by numerous nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Lawrence and Marjorie Mallory (Williams).   


 A Private Family Service will be held at Barclay Funeral Home, 1033 Prince St., Lansdowne. Interment will take place at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Rockport Rec Hall would be gratefully acknowledged by the family. Messages of condolence may be made online at www.barclayfuneralhome.com.
